my hand itches after i pop a few clear pimples and hot water dosent work makes wors and im about to use baking soda to dry my skin out will this help and plz give any info on eggzima ty

Eczema is different than athlete's foot, which is a fungus. Don't pop the pimples. Try some cortisone cream on them and that should make them stop itching. You can even wash your skin with something like Neutrogena T-Gel or Selsun Blue and pat dry.
