Why wont my myspace allow me to have the new skin?

its the thing featured by the eye the movie by jessica alba but all my friends can get it. there like backround patters for your home page. i really want one but its not letting me have it and yes i have it on the new home skin page i dont have it on the classic view. PLEASE help (: thanks

the new themes dont work in classic view - they work only in the new setup for your homepage
